What are the benefits of maintenance subscriptions?

What is your payment schedule for maintenance subscriptions?

Our maintenance subscriptions are based off a 7-month season, running from April 1st to October 31st (Scheduling for PROJECTS is separate). 

As a subscribing business owner on the Basic plan, your bill is $525 per month including tax, or $3675 for the full season. Each month has two servicing's, for a total of 14 for the season. 

IMPORTANT: Our billing schedule for maintenance has shifted from monthly payments to two equal payments. 

$1837.50 Due APRIL 1st (BASIC PLAN)

$1837.50 Due JULY 15th (BASIC PLAN)

Materials for maintenance, ex: grass seed, are billed separately on a monthly basis. 

Do you have a referral policy?

Yes, we do! We take pride in referrals being our main source of new business. If you like our work, we ask you to please refer us to someone who you think could benefit from our services. If that person becomes a subscriber, you’ll receive 10% off of your next service. Thank you all for your continuous support!
